The Port Authority has revenues from the exploitation of the Terrestrial Zone and the Port.
Its main revenues come from various types of fees and rights imposed by National Legislation on the Commercial and Passenger or Tourist Activities of Limenas (percentage of ship and cargo shipments – dock dues).
The main basic revenue comes from 2.5% of passenger ship tickets and the dock dues of Tourist Boats that use the designated and licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, the Tourist Reserve of Limenas. Another source of revenue is cruise ship approaches during the summer months.
Additional revenue is attributable to concessions in stores for the development of trench chairs.
The Port Authority also collects the fines of the KOK from the parking violations confirmed by the Port Offices in the Terrestrial Zone of Limenas.
